Hi friend, thank you for learning with me! Here's how refunds work for Studio Neesha courses, workshops and digital downloads.

Digital courses, workshops and downloads

These are digital products you can access and keep right away, so all sales are final once you have access.

Some offers come with their own guarantee. For example, a live-launch workshop might offer a full refund before Day 2 opens. When an offer has its own guarantee, the terms on that offer's sales page apply.

If something isn't working

Please don't ever feel stuck. Maybe you're having trouble logging in, a file won't download, or a technique isn't clicking. Email me at hello@studioneesha.com and I'll do everything I can to make it right.

For customers in the EU and UK

You have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. For digital content, that right ends once you choose instant access and confirm it at checkout.

Etsy, Skillshare and Udemy

If you bought through another platform, that platform's refund policy applies.
